Call for pricing Per Person You bring in your own raw brisket, ham or turkey and we will smoke it for you. You can add seasoning for a little more. It will be ready the following business day after 1pm. *Holiday Hours differ from regular pick up times. Sauce and Relish Bar not included. • Please bring meat fully thawed by 2pm. If you season it yourself, bring it in a disposable pan. • Only 1 item per person. During peak holidays we will not be able to smoke anything but our own meats, and custom cooking will not be accepted at all. • Please check dates in the restaurant for last day to accept meats during holidays. If you are bringing them on the final day before holiday, bring them early because cooking space is limited. • Due to shortage of space we ask that you please pickup your meats the next business day after 1pm or as stated by cashier. • Meats may be cold or cooling when picked up. • Meats left passed the scheduled pick up day may occur a fee.
